Fleet & Fuel Logs​

Keep your transportation assets running efficiently by tracking maintenance and fuel costs.

Managing Vehicles​

  1. Go to Logistics → Vehicles.
  2. Click Add Vehicle to register license plates, vehicle model, capacity, and insurance details.
  3. View vehicle summary cards showing total fuel spent and maintenance cost.

Recording Fuel & Maintenance​

  • Fuel Logs: Record date, odometer reading, gallons filled, and cost.
  • Service Logs: Log oil changes, tire rotations, repairs, and next scheduled service dates.
