Deliveries & Dispatch

Manage order shipments, assign transport resources, and track delivery progress.

Dispatching an Order

  1. Select an invoice or sales order ready for shipment.
  2. Assign a delivery date, a company vehicle, and a driver.
  3. Print the Route Sheet containing addresses and customer contact numbers.
  4. Mark the status as In Transit.

Delivery Outcomes

Once the driver returns, log the outcome:

  • Delivered: Customer accepted all items.
  • Partially Delivered: Some items rejected (automatically triggers sales return flows).
  • Failed: Delivery failed (rescheduled or cancelled).
